Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy All bookings are final sale. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances. Each training session has a maximum capacity of 12 participants, and your booking reserves one seat in the session. Full payment of the course fee is required to secure your seat. Once a booking is made, it cannot be refunded or rescheduled if you are unable to attend. However, you may transfer or gift your booking to another person, as long as this change is arranged prior to the start of the training. You must be at least 12 years old on the day of the training to participate. Participants aged 12 to 17 must have parental or legal guardian consent to attend the course. In the event that a session is cancelled due to low enrollment or instructor-related reasons, you will be notified at least one week in advance, and you will be given the option to either reschedule or receive a full refund.
